Short-term coaching:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

You are experiencing a crisis and urgently need support. A few coaching sessions can help you get your life back on track. I will help you identify the underlying problem and reconnect with your energy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Long-term coaching:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

You are interested in expanding your options for action. You feel that something should change or you wish to change your life and would like to work with a coach on a longer-term basis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Coaching is essentially about finding or rediscovering your life melody. It is always there, but sometimes it is forgotten, difficult phases or events cover it up. At such times, you can no longer hear it. If you find and hear it again, you will find yourself in your essence and become the artist of your very unique life again. Your life melody has different verses, your melody varies and you are their creator. You take your current life, your current circumstances as one of the many verses and create them anew. In this sense, you are the artist, the creator of your life, of your everyday life. Your topics may be difficult. However, when you are your own artist, you find ways to find your own personal unique power in the midst of difficulties. Your consciousness expands and shifts. I call this process working on your \u2018opus\u2019 your \u2018work of art\u2019. The work of art is you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Your opus is a work in progress, never finished, always on the way back home, always closer to your essence, to \u2018who you are\u2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Actually I am working also for farms and farmers; The main topics are: roles and rank issues, selfcare in the midst of too much work, team building work. I work with couples, individuals and with teams like farms wich are based on solidarity.<<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Facilitation<\/h2>\n\n\n\n


Facilitation in a process oriented way means following the Deep Democracy approach of paying attention to all voices, I facilitate a group to explore its collective process by meeting each other as roles belonging to all members of the group. This turns many things on their head: disruptions become solutions, conflicts lead clarifications of how we relate to each other. Central roles, attitudes, opinions and marginalized roles recognized by the group come into flux and are freed from their belonging to particular people. This path allows us fluidity, transforming our conflicts into new possibilities. This approach supports us when we want to move forward as a group and don’t yet know how, or when we are blocked by fierce conflict and can’t move forward. Hidden information comes to the surface, undefined moods clear up and the field with all its information is allowed to show itself in its wholeness.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
